Cancellation & No-Show Policy Hi there! I value your time and the opportunity to help you reach your skin goals. Because my schedule is carefully managed to provide each guest with the best experience possible, I kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy: The 24-Hour Rule I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me enough time to offer the opening to another client on my waitlist. Fees & No-Shows Late Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting the next client, and the full service fee will still apply. ***Life Happens*** I understand that emergencies and illnesses occur.
